As many of you may have noticed, there was no new State Times this week. Shrouded in a cloud of mystery and rumors, truth peaks through. Rumors that the paper ran out of money are not entirely true. Although I am still unclear of the details, something happened with the advertisement, but it seems things are taken care of. A close source told me that it will be back next week, with some slight renovations.
The rumor that they "ran out of money" is partially true - there was a slight budget mix-up at the end of last year and they weren't allocated enough money in their budget from the SA. We took care of them, and they're back in the black to print for the rest of the year!
