That's where the Green Toad Bookstore, Oneonta's newest little independent business can help you out. There are tons of books, plus it's connected to the Latte Lounge, what more could you want? Now you don't have to go all the way to Southside for your reading needs. Plus there's a bear skin on the wall, Borders can't live up to that.

I was excited to see this, but I really hope it doesn't put Rose & Laurel out of business. It's right next to where Elena's used to be (Now Bella Pockets) and its a used bookstore, so you can find some great books for cheap. Old books need love too!
