Well, considering..

Considering that earlier this evening we got some free promotion from some WONY DJ's who were quite entertained by our "Anonymous Confessions" board and the "Overheard in Oneonta" section, I figured we should probably make sure our readers know what in the hell WONY is.(In other words, I am going to shamelessly plug it)

So, if you don't know. 90.9FM, WONY is SUCO's own student run radio station. (Website: here, there's also a webcast on the site) All of the DJ's are SUCO students who bring a wide variety of show formats including Metal, Indie, RPM, Punk, Jazz, and Acoustic music, a News Show on Sundays(12-2PM), and a Political Talk show(Poly Talk) on Sunday nights(8-10PM).

By the way the aforementioned News show is currently looking for more contributors. You don't have to be a DJ to contribute to the news show, so if you're interested in writing stories and investigating for the show, send any questions to wonynews@gmail.com.
